about me

Growing up in rural Alaska, I discovered that life's greatest gifts often lie in the simple things. My journey has been dedicated to serving my community, from being a Licensed Therapeutic Foster Parent to fostering dogs for Final Victory Animal Rescue.

I enjoy hiking, reading, puzzles and weight lifting in my downtime.

With dual Bachelor of Art Degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology as well as a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, I'm committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those facing mental health challenges.

I work to make sure our time together is comforting, supportive, and challenging in the right seasons of your life. I do this through the use of humor, honesty, and therapeutic techniques.

I approach each session with warmth, non-judgment, and empathy so that you feel seen, understood, and valued.

The foundation of meaningful therapy—it creates safety, trust, and space for real healing to unfold.

empowerment

Rather than “fixing,” my goal is to support you in reclaiming agency, self-trust, and your ability to make choices that serve you.

setting

I offer both in-person and tele-health therapy sessions. Displayed here are pictures of my spaces, so there are no surprises. Your comfort in this process is the priority.
